We guide you through each step with honest advice, personalised design, and full transparencyβso you feel confident, not confused.
STEP 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION (30 min)
Book a 30-minute online consult with us.
Weβll cover everything you need to feel confident: lab-grown vs natural diamonds, what styles suit her hand, how to make the most of your budget, and realistic timelines. Once we understand your idea, you will receive quote estimates.
During this session, weβll:
- Get a clear sense of your (or your partnerβs) style
- Answer every question you have
- Understand your budget and priorities
- Help you avoid common mistakes
- Share any inspiration photos
STEP 2
DESIGNING YOUR RING
Once you're happy with the quote, we take a $300 deposit to begin initial sketches. This will be deducted from the final cost of the ring.
If you have an exact design in mind, we can move to gemstone sourcing and begin producing a 3D visualisation.
You can make as many changes as neededβweβll refine until it feels right.

STEP 3
GEMSTONE SELECTION (1-8 days)
Once you have your design confirmed, weβll handpick several diamond or gemstone options from trusted suppliers worldwideβeach chosen to match your vision, budget, and quality standards.
Youβll receive detailed videos, photos, and honest advice to help you decide. If you're in Sydney, we can also arrange an in-person diamond viewing.
All our stones are independently certified, laser-inscribed, and available in both lab-grown and natural options.
STEP 4
3D VISUALISATION (1-7 days)
Once the stone and design is confirmed, weβll create a photorealistic 3D model of your ringβshowing it from every angle, including how it looks on the hand.
This exact model becomes the mould we use to create your ring, so what you see is exactly what youβll get.
STEP 5
CRAFTING YOUR PIECE (3-5 weeks)
When your design is finalised, our team of jewellers bring it to life using techniques refined over generations. With our master Jeweller having over 35 years of expertise in creating bespoke pieces, your jewellery is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
The crafting process begins after a 50% deposit or purchasing of a stone. If you're working with a specific timeline, just let us knowβwe'll do everything possible to accommodate your needs without compromising on quality.
STEP 6
COLLECTION
When your piece is ready, you can choose between convenient shipping with full insurance or a personal collection from our Sydney studio. For those collecting in person, we'll create a special moment to present your creation and answer any questions you might have. If shipping is your preference, we use secure, tracked services to deliver your piece safely to your door.

Bespoke Aftercare Service
We provide complimentary professional cleaning and inspection of your bespoke jewellery at any time. Regular inspections help maintain the integrity of your piece and prevent stone loss or metal wear.
If a stone becomes loose due to normal wear, we will assess and tighten the setting to keep it secure.
Charges will apply for extensive repairs or resetting lost stones.
We provide complimentary professional polishing for yellow and rose gold pieces.
For white gold pieces, we offer complimentary rhodium plating services within the first 12 month of purchase.
We offer one complimentary resizing within the first 12 months of purchase. Additional resizing will be available at a reduced rate for bespoke customers.
Repair & Restoration
For any damage due to wear and tear, we provide repair services at a special rate for bespoke clients. If your piece requires restoration, we will provide a detailed quote before proceeding.

Absolutely. For local clients, we arrange in-person viewings of selected diamonds. For interstate or international clients, we provide detailed videos and images of your diamond options alongside their certification, ensuring you can make a confident choice regardless of your location.
All our diamonds come with independent certification from respected laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or GCAL. Each diamond also has a unique laser inscription on its girdle that matches its certification number, guaranteeing its authenticity and specifications.
Absolutely! We keep detailed records of all custom designs, making it easy to create matching wedding bands, earrings, or anniversary pieces that complement your original creation perfectly. Many clients return to create coordinated collections over time.
