Common questions
Usually 6–8 weeks depending on if you are starting from scratch, or you have a design you'd like it based off. Most custom rings take 8 to 10 weeks from our first chat to completion. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Our custom engagement rings start from $5,000.
Most of our clients spend between $8,000 to $15,000, depending on the diamond and design. We’ll always work with your budget and show you what’s possible — no pressure, no surprises.
Yes, we offer in-person viewings in Sydney or video calls for online clients.
If you’re in Sydney, we’ll show you a selection of diamonds in person. If you're elsewhere, we’ll send you videos and close-up photos, walking you through each option over a call so you can choose with confidence.
We’ll guide you through a few simple ways to figure it out (and offer resizing later if needed).
